It applies to all features of the Service, including AI content generation, image generation, WordPress publishing, and any integrations. Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
2. Permitted Uses
- •Creating and publishing legitimate business blog content, articles, and marketing copy.
- •Generating SEO-optimised content for your own website or websites you are authorised to manage.
- •Building automated content pipelines for lawful marketing and editorial purposes.
- •Connecting and publishing to WordPress installations you own or are authorised to manage.
- •Using the platform for internal content strategy, research, and idea generation.
3. Prohibited Content
- •Misinformation and disinformation: generating content you know to be false, misleading, or deceptive, including fake news, fabricated statistics, or impersonation of real individuals.
- •Spam: mass-generating low-quality, duplicate, or keyword-stuffed content designed to manipulate search rankings rather than provide genuine value.
- •Hate speech: content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
- •Illegal content: content that violates any applicable law, including copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or material that constitutes fraud.
- •Adult content: sexually explicit material or content intended for audiences under 18.
- •Harmful content: content that encourages self-harm, violence, dangerous activities, or illegal drug use.
- •Phishing and fraud: content designed to deceive users into disclosing personal information or making fraudulent payments.
4. Prohibited Activities
- •Using the Service to generate content for websites you do not own or are not authorised to manage.
- •Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models, prompts, or backend systems underlying the Service.
- •Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or subscription tier restrictions through any technical means.
- •Sharing account credentials with third parties not authorised under your subscription plan.
- •Using the Service to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI models without our written permission.
- •Automated access to the Service (bots, scrapers) beyond the intended API usage without prior authorisation.
- •Reselling access to the Service or providing the Service as a white-label product without a written reseller agreement.
5. AI-Generated Content Responsibilities
- •You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. The AI may produce inaccurate, outdated, or culturally insensitive outputs.
- •You must not publish AI-generated content that makes false factual claims about identifiable individuals, businesses, or organisations.
- •You are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is published.
- •If AI-generated content inadvertently reproduces copyrighted material, you are responsible for removing it promptly.
6. WordPress and Integration Usage
- •You may only connect WordPress sites for which you have appropriate administrative access.
- •You agree to comply with WordPress's own terms of service when publishing content through our integration.
- •You must not use the publishing integration to flood or spam any website with excessive automated posts.
- •OAuth access tokens for WordPress are stored encrypted. You are responsible for revoking access if your WordPress site is compromised.
7. Intellectual Property
- •You must not use the Service to generate content that intentionally copies or plagiarises another party's copyrighted work.
- •You must not use the Service to create content that infringes third-party trademarks.
- •If you use stock images sourced through our Unsplash or Pexels integrations, you remain responsible for compliance with the respective licence terms.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or behaviour on the platform that violates this AUP, please report it to hello@wordiva.ai. We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly. Where appropriate, we will remove violating content and take action against the responsible account.
9. Enforcement
- •We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP.
- •Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion.
- •We may refer serious violations to law enforcement authorities.
- •Account termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the Service evolves and to address emerging risks. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.
