3. Strictly Necessary Cookies

• •These cookies are essential for the platform to function and cannot be switched off.
• •sb-access-token / sb-refresh-token: Supabase Auth session tokens.
• •wordiva_admin_session: admin authentication cookie (admin panel only).
• •These cookies do not track you for marketing purposes and do not require your consent under applicable law.

4. Analytics and Performance Cookies

• •_ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4): used to distinguish users and track sessions for analytical purposes. Data is sent to Google and retained per their data retention settings.
• •Google Analytics is configured to anonymise IP addresses and does not share data for advertising purposes on our behalf.
• •You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

5. Third-Party Cookies

• •Authentication cookies: retained for up to 7 days (refresh token) or 1 hour (access token), refreshed on activity.
• •Preference cookies: retained for up to 1 year.
• •Google Analytics cookies (_ga): retained for up to 2 years.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. We currently do not alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals, as there is no established industry standard for honouring them. We will review this position as standards evolve.
