What the plugin does

Wordiva researches, writes, and schedules. The plugin is the last mile: it pulls approved drafts onto your site using WordPress itself.

Device-code connect

Link the site with a one-time code. Nothing to paste, no application password stored in Wordiva.

Publishes locally

The plugin pulls approved articles and creates posts with native WordPress APIs on your server.

Images, tags, and schema

Featured images, categories, tags, slugs, and FAQ JSON-LD land with the post—ready for Yoast or Rank Math.

Scheduled and manual sync

WordPress syncs the publish queue on a schedule. Run Sync now anytime from the plugin screen.

How to use the plugin

Five steps from install to live posts. Most sites finish this in a few minutes.

  1. Create a Wordiva account

Sign up at wordiva.ai, complete brand onboarding, and confirm your publishing cadence. The plugin needs an account to connect.

  2. Install the plugin

In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New, search for “Wordiva”, and install Wordiva Article Publisher. Or download the zip and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.

  3. Activate and open Wordiva

Activate the plugin, then open Wordiva in wp-admin. Click Connect Wordiva account to start the device-code flow.

  4. Approve the connection

WordPress shows a short code. Approve it while signed in to wordiva.ai (the plugin opens the approval page). No application password is required.

  5. Review and publish

Approve drafts in Wordiva. The plugin pulls the queue on a schedule—or tap Sync now in wp-admin—and publishes locally with featured images, categories, tags, and JSON-LD.

Prefer not to install a plugin? You can still connect from Wordiva Settings with an application password. The plugin is the recommended path.
