The Service includes a web application, API access, and any associated tools provided by the Company. Features and functionality may vary based on your subscription plan.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• •You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• •You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
• •The Service is currently invite-only. Access is subject to approval at our discretion.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

• •Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after any applicable free trial period.
• •Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
• •All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

• •Stripe, our third-party payment processor, handles all payment transactions. By providing payment information, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, misleading, infringing of third-party intellectual property rights, in violation of applicable laws, or that could harm Wordiva.ai or its users. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

6. AI-Generated Content

• •The Service uses large language models (LLMs) and AI image generation systems to produce content on your behalf.
• •You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.
• •We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
• •You must not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).
• •You retain ownership of content you publish using the Service, subject to the licence granted below.

7. Intellectual Property

• •Wordiva.ai and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation.
• •You grant Wordiva.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use content you provide (brand details, prompts, URLs) solely to operate and improve the Service.
• •AI-generated content produced for your account is licensed to you for use in your business. We make no representations regarding intellectual property ownership of AI outputs.
• •You must not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including WordPress, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Stripe, Supabase, Unsplash, Pexels, and Resend. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
