It started as a waitlist. Today, it becomes real.
We’ve spent months building in the open — sharing the vision, writing about the pain, and gathering a community of marketers, founders, and creators who felt it too. Content marketing is broken. Not because people lack creativity, but because the infrastructure around it hasn’t kept up.
Today, that changes.
Wordiva AI is officially open — invite only.
If you’ve been on the waitlist, your invite is on its way. If you’re just discovering us, you can request early access here. Here’s everything you need to know about what Wordiva actually does, and why we built it this way.
Why Invite-Only?
This isn’t a soft launch dressed up as exclusivity. We’re being deliberate.
Wordiva is an agentic system — meaning it doesn’t just write content, it takes actions on your behalf. It crawls your website, learns your brand, drafts and revises articles, generates images, and publishes them directly to your blog. That kind of autonomy deserves care.
An invite-only rollout lets us onboard each user thoughtfully, make sure the agentic pipeline is performing at the level our users deserve, and keep the feedback loop tight while we improve. We’d rather do this right than do it fast.
The doors will open wider soon. But for now, this group gets first access — and first access means a real say in how the product evolves.
What Wordiva Actually Does
Let’s get into it. Because if you’ve never seen Wordiva in action, the short version undersells it: Wordiva automates your entire blog content lifecycle — from brand discovery to published article — without you touching a single spreadsheet, Slack thread, or WordPress dashboard.
Here’s how it works, end to end.
1. Deep Brand Intelligence
Most AI writing tools ask you to fill in a form. You paste a tone-of-voice paragraph, pick some keywords, and hope for the best.
Wordiva does something different.
When you connect your domain, Wordiva’s crawler goes to work — scanning your website, extracting your unique selling proposition (USP), identifying your ideal customer profile (ICP), and building a persistent brand memory that informs every article it writes. Your tone, your terminology, your competitive positioning — all of it gets captured and stored.
This is the foundation everything else is built on. Because without it, AI content sounds like AI content.
2. The Autonomous Writing Agent
Once Wordiva understands your brand, the writing agent gets to work.
Articles aren’t generated from a generic prompt. They’re built around your specific keywords, optimized for both traditional SEO and the newer frontier of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — making your content visible not just in Google search results, but in AI-generated answers from tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Google AI Overviews.
Each article includes:
- Strategic backlinking — internal and external links placed where they add real value
- Brand voice alignment — tuned to the custom tone profile Wordiva built from your website
- Depth options — Personal and Professional plans unlock deep-dive articles in the 2,500–3,500 word range
- News and trend research — Professional and Business plans layer in real-world context and humanized writing
You set the publish cadence — two articles a week, four, more — and Wordiva keeps the pipeline full.
3. Native AI Image Generation
A blog post without visuals is a missed opportunity. But sourcing images is one of the most time-consuming parts of the content process — stock photo hunting, resizing, uploading, alt tagging.
Wordiva handles all of it.
The image agent reads each article paragraph by paragraph, proposes featured image and body illustration concepts, generates the assets at high fidelity, and handles the full upload pipeline to S3 automatically. By the time an article reaches your review queue, the images are already there.
4. The Editorial Content Calendar
This is the control center.
Inside Wordiva, you get a drag-and-drop monthly visual dashboard where every scheduled article lives. You can see what’s coming up, move things around, inject manual topics on short notice, or hand the whole thing over to Autopilot mode and let Wordiva run the schedule on its own.
For agencies and multi-brand operators, this is where the time savings compound fastest.
5. 1-Click Publishing to your blog website.
When an article is ready, publishing is seamless.
Wordiva connects to your WordPress site via OAuth or App Password — no plugins, no copy-pasting, no reformatting. Tags, categories, slugs, schema metadata, and images all sync directly. The article arrives in your WordPress backend exactly as it should appear.
For users on Autopilot mode, this step happens automatically. You don’t even need to be at your desk.
6. Human-in-the-Loop, Always

Automation without visibility is uncomfortable — and we know it.
That’s why Wordiva is built with Human-in-the-Loop controls at every stage. You can watch drafting happen in real time, select your preferred featured image from generated options, rewrite any paragraph using inline custom instructions, or flip off Autopilot entirely and run in full manual mode.
The level of control is yours to choose. Wordiva adapts.
Getting Started Takes Less Than 10 Minutes
We’re serious about that.
Here’s the onboarding flow:
Step 1 — Connect your domain. Wordiva crawls your homepage, extracts your USP, keywords, and voice, and builds your brand profile automatically.
Step 2 — Set your publishing cadence. Choose how many articles per week and which days to publish.
Step 3 — Review and release. Browse articles on the drag-and-drop calendar, review drafts, select images, and hit publish — or let Autopilot do it for you.
That’s it. No lengthy setup forms. No manual keyword sheets. No tutorial videos to sit through.

What Early Access Users Are Getting
Being in this first cohort comes with something beyond just early access.
You’re shaping the product. Every piece of feedback from this group directly informs what we build next — which integrations we prioritize, which editorial controls we add, how Autopilot evolves. We read everything. We respond to most of it.
There’s also a practical benefit: as Wordiva scales and adds features, early users are grandfathered into their current plan terms. Getting in early has real long-term value.
A Note From the Team
We’ve been building Wordiva since early 2026 — a small, focused team of engineers and marketers who kept running into the same wall: content takes too long, costs too much, and still doesn’t compound the way it should.
We didn’t set out to build another AI writing tool. We set out to build the content engine that a scaling startup or a solo founder could actually rely on — one that understands their brand, keeps publishing without prompting, and gets smarter over time.
We’re proud of what Wordiva is today. And we’re genuinely excited about what it becomes with you using it.
